Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Fieldglass modules (CWM, SOW, and Services Procurement).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
Manage integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other systems (SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, or third-party tools).
Conduct UAT, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with business users.
Troubleshoot system issues and work with SAP support for resolution.
Ensure compliance with vendor management, time tracking, invoicing, and procurement policies.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization of Fieldglass applications.
