Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust CRM solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide architectural guidance across multiple CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX, Amdocs CRM), ensuring technical feasibility, performance, integration, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architecture design for CRM solutions, covering sales, service, marketing, and customer support modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
Design integration architecture with external systems such as billing, ERP, OSS/BSS, marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms.
Evaluate and recommend CRM tools, frameworks, and best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
Define and enforce CRM governance, data standards, and development guidelines.
Oversee development teams to ensure architectural compliance and solution quality.
Provide technical leadership during RFPs, PoCs, and major CRM transformation initiatives.
Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for changes in CRM environments.
Required Skills:
Deep experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms: Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, Amdocs, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of CRM data models, customer lifecycle processes, and integration best practices (API, middleware, ESB).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security protocols.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
