Cognitive Network Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operations of cognitive network solutions that leverage AI/ML for fault prediction, traffic management, and self-healing networks.

• Develop and integrate automation scripts and platforms to improve network operational efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze large volumes of network data to identify patterns and anomalies using AI-driven tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network engineering, DevOps, data science) to design and deploy intelligent solutions.

• Utilize AIOps platforms to enable proactive incident management, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.

• Drive the development and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and reports for operational visibility.

• Support real-time network performance monitoring and continuous optimization based on usage patterns and service quality metrics.

• Participate in the design and rollout of next-generation network architectures (5G, SD-WAN, NFV, etc.).
