| A Process Specialist is responsible for process definition and simplification to support the current business need, definition and simplification of support process, identifying and working on periodic refreshes, aiding the industrialization of processes through tools and training enablement and having the business knowledge to respond to process and quality related queries. | |

| The DEx Process Specialist will be responsible for: | |||||||||
| Process Envisioning : | |||||||||
| Ø Connecting with the business, delivery and DEx Enable teams to research on industry trends / competition | |||||||||
| Ø Gathering inputs to define relevant and effective processes for effective adoption | |||||||||
| Ø Collaborating with internal/ external stakeholders and vendors on implementing the innovative thoughts proposed and making processes more adaptable and user acceptable | |||||||||
| Ø Adopting appropriate tools and techniques like value stream mapping etc. and suggesting automations that could be included as a part of process definition and orchestration activities | |||||||||
| Ø Identifying the impact of the changes proposed/ approved and initiating appropriate action | |||||||||
| Ø Developing relevant documentation like Functional Requirements , design documents etc. for baselined process re-engineering approaches. | |||||||||
| Process Definition and Orchestration -Industry & Business Aligned: | |||||||||
| Ø Defining processes along with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and other Point Of Contacts | |||||||||
| Ø Designing the scope for the automation of processes in the platform | |||||||||
| Ø Ensuring that the processes defined comply with frameworks and meet the applicable quality standards | |||||||||
| Ø Program Managing the definition of other process delivery aids like metrics, assessment, estimation, DA, DRM, etc | |||||||||
| Ø Working with the platform team to orchestrate processes on the Enterprise Delivery platform. | |||||||||
| Process Evangelization and Rollout: | |||||||||
| Ø Developing rollout plans for processes with a focus on effective evangelization, piloting and communication to the involved stakeholders | |||||||||
| Ø Developing training material and other communication artifacts required for the rollout. | |||||||||
| Ø Working with Delivery teams and other stakeholders in training, piloting and rollout whilst monitoring the effectiveness of the process | |||||||||
| Ø Enhancing the processes based on feedback received from the field. | |||||||||
| Process Assessment: | |||||||||
| Ø Representing the process team in client audits and external certification audits. | |||||||||
| Pursuit Solutioning: | |||||||||
| Ø Providing need-based support on Request For Information / Request For Proposals to the organization |
