| Develop and implement organization-wide best practices for IT security | |
| Lead the delivery of cyber security projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant execution. | |
| Leverage Microsoft 365 security features to protect our organization's data and systems from cyber threats, and be proficient in threat modeling to identify and mitigate potential security threats. | |
| Drive our technology, lead by example, and support team members on their learning journey. | |
| Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver customized solutions that align with business objectives. | |

| Desired/ Secondary skills | Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline or demonstrated skills and experience in a large organization (preferably financial services or insurance) |
| Any of the following qualifications highly desirable - MS-500, AZ500, SC-900 & SC-4000, CISSP, CCSP | |
| A thorough understanding of Microsoft 365, Security Architecture, Cloud Security | |
| Demonstrated knowledge of security and Microsoft 365 products to design, implement, and maintain secure network solutions | |
| Specific/technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, e.g. Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, Intune, Security Copilot. Threat Modeling, and broad security knowledge | |
