Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

  • Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, VPN, and standard business applications.

  • Perform system imaging, software deployment, and patch management.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Exchange.

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

  • Provide support for video conferencing systems and meeting room setups.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, procedures, and asset inventory.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Educate users on best practices and IT policies.
