Job Description: Manage the custom Compliance and Military workflow that are developed on base CSM module of ServiceNow. Support Integrations and work on enhancements to these workflows in an Agile methodology. Provide technical assistance to team members. Work with clients to translate business requirements into stories. Supporting the custom applications in case of any issues. Maintaining the application during the ServiceNow upgrades.

Skill Set:
  • Have 5+ years of Experience in ServiceNow Development. Preferably CSM
  • Have CIS- ITSM or CIS-CSM Certification
  • Perform development and configuration of a variety of areas including, Case Management, Service Portal, Maintain Catalog items
  • Write advanced scripting in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs
  • Create/configure UI Policies, UI Actions, ACL's, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and SLAs
  • Integrations knowledge using REST
  • Hands-on Experience on Service Portal. Creating Widgets, pages etc.
  • Create and Configure Surveys
  • Hands-on Experience on Performance Analytics
  • Have knowledge on workflow build or modify workflows and/or Flow Designer based on the requirements
  • Provide technical support assistance to diagnose and resolve issues and troubleshoot complex 'how to' questions.
