MSD 365 CRM
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration: Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Technical Development: Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom workflows. Utilize C# and JavaScript for customizations.
Customization & Extensions: Develop and implement custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports to tailor Dynamics 365 CRM to client-specific needs.
Integration: Manage integration between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems or services, including ERP, marketing automation, and data sources, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
Data Migration & Management: Oversee data migration processes, including data import/export and data mapping, to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolve any technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support to ensure functionality and performance meet business needs and project requirements.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Documentation: Document technical specifications, customizations, workflows, and integrations to ensure project deliverables are well-documented for future reference.
Upgrades & Patches: Manage system upgrades and apply patches or service updates while minimizing disruption to business operations.
