Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.Monitor and manage existing integrations, ensuring their reliability and performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications. Ensure that all integrations comply with organizational security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards. - Implement and enforce security best practices for data exchange and API management. - Conduct regular audits of integration processes to identify and mitigate risks.Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of ServiceNow integration tools and best practices.- Share knowledge and insights on integration trends and technologies with the broader IT team. - Mentor junior integration developers, fostering their growth and development within the organization
