Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web content management solutions using AEM Sites and Assets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM 6.x, including component development, template creation, and workflows. You will work closely with UI developers, content authors, and backend teams to deliver personalized and scalable digital experiences. Key
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and OSGi bundles. - Build and optimize custom workflows, servlets, schedulers, and services using Java and Sling APIs. - Collaborate with designers and front-end teams to integrate HTML/CSS/JS with AEM components. - Manage content models, metadata schemas, and tagging structures for AEM Assets. - Configure and maintain AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies. - Integrate AEM with third-party systems (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Target,- Implement responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Follow best practices in code versioning, deployment, and DevOps processes (Git, Jenkins). - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability. - Contribute to technical documentation and solution design discussions.
Required Skills: - 46 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) development. - Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and Apache Felix console. - Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Templates (Editable / Static). - Proficiency in building Touch UI dialogs and using Granite/Coral UI components. - Familiarity with Dispatcher configuration and CDN integration. - Understanding of RESTful services, JSON, and API integrations. - Strong debugging skills using browser tools, logs, and system consoles. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative agile environment.
