Role purpose (Pega Customer Decision Hub)
Being part of an agile team, the Senior PEGA Decisioning Consultant will have overall experience of 8+ years, a role in creating smarter campaigns and processes. Innovating campaigns using state of the art methodologies by providing the simplest solution to the most complex problems. Will play a key role in the design and development of decisioning strategies, managing proposition/offer matrices, and supporting the development of agile stories.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• 4+ years of relevant Pega Decisioning consulting or industry experience (Decisioning Framework and Architecture, Propositions Management and Building, Next Best Action Designer, Campaign Management – Inbound and Outbound, Data Platforms).
• Pega Decisioning project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
• 2+ year(s) experience delivering complex Marketing/CVM engagements.
• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements AND link specific business requirements to Pega Decisioning capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate well with teams across multiple workstreams such as IT, Marketing, Data, Digital, Customer Value Management etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Undertake ad-hoc root analysis and reporting using Teraroot and Oracle SQL
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
• Contribute, as member of an agile team, in the research, analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of solutions that best suit business and technology strategy.
• Participate in build reviews.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing in the team.
• Work with the agreed Incident and Problem management processes
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
· Excellent understanding of CRM and Campaign Management principles
· Experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) is a big plus
· SQL and root analysis skills with Oracle, Teraroot
· Kafka/JMS (at least basic knowledge)
