- Experience in Telco Domain, OSS/BSS Testing.
- Knowledge in B2B/B2C Fixed and Mobile services.
- Experience in Salesforce or CRM applications Testing.
- Experience in testing Product configuration, Quote Management, Order Placement and Order Management, Case management, Account and Contact Management.
- Good understanding on CRM, Billing Concepts.
- Hands-on experience testing web applications Experience in Integration testing and API Testing.
- Worked on defect tracking, Defect dashboard creation and maintenance, Analyzing functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts Knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence or similar project management tools.
