- 3-5 years' Experience with Managed File Transfer technologies such as FTP, SFTP, and SSH
- Experience in FTP tools i.e. Titan FTP, Globalscape, Axway, Cornerstone, Sterling etc.
- FTP Account, Virtual Directory and Site Creation, Automated Job setup, Troubleshooting, Modification and Migration.
- Good understanding of infrastructure areas: Client (server and desktop), Online/Web, Storage, Security
- Provide a sustainable IT infrastructure by supplying cross training and functional documentation Strong customer service orientation.
- 3-5 years of experience with Windows server administration and maintenance (Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2). MS Release Manager, TFS .Net, Widows Application
- IIS Administration, hands on experience in IIS6 & IIS7, IIS Application deployment, IIS Troubleshooting, App Pool, Website Reset, IIS Event Logs etc.
- SSL Certificate Creation, Renewal, Installation, Knowledge of SSL certificate troubleshooting
- Ability to utilize and understand scripting languages (PowerShell)
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must have worked in 24 X 7 support model
