HR Service Delivery
Key Responsibilities:
HR Service Delivery: Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and payroll administration.
Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate guidance.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
HR Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, ensuring service efficiency and quality.
Data Management: Maintain and update HR systems and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Assist in HR reporting and analytics as required.
Compliance: Ensure that HR services are compliant with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Payroll and Benefits Support: Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll or benefits-related queries from employees.
Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and programs to foster a positive work culture.
Training & Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees and applied consistently across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from employees and managers to improve HR service delivery and contribute to a high-performance culture.
