Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module
Good knowledge of Extracts, HDL and Reports (BIP and OTBI)
Expertise in Developing Inbound and Outbound Extracts from Oracle HCM – Cloud
Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, fast formula
Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

(Nice to Have)

Prior experience of HCM Help Desk will be advantages
Prior experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API or HCM ALERTS and Journeys will be advantage
Prior experience of Creating Groovy script will be advantages
