- Identifying and defining new process improvement and or business opportunities.
- Develop solutions using Machine Learning/Deep Learning and other advanced technologies to solve a variety of problems
- Implement cutting edge machine learning techniques in NLP , image classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, sequence modeling, etc. using frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow and Pytorch.
- Translate user stories and business requirements to technical solutions by building quick prototypes or proof of concepts using AI/Client concept.
- Convert the proof of concepts to production-grade solutions that can scale for hundreds of thousands of users
- Be hands-on where required and lead from the front in following best practices in development and CI/CD methods
- Develop tools and libraries that will enable rapid and scalable development in the future
Skills successful candidate have:
- Solid understanding of various machine learning and deep learning algorithms (including state of the art techniques and advancements like Bert, Transformer architecture)
- Well aware of latest advancements in the areas of text analytics and NLP
- Good understanding of Transfer Learning concepts in Deep Learning
- Hands-on Python coding, webservices development and deployment
- Good understanding of pre-processing and feature engineering
- Defining data augmentation strategies
- Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
- Experience in working and deploying models to different clouds Google, Azure, and AWS
- Expert in analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
