About the Role:

We are seeking a highly versatile and skilled IT Specialist who possesses a strong foundation and working experience across multiple areas of Information Technology, including Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Management, Networking, and IT Support. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who thrives in dynamic environments and can contribute to various technology initiatives across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications (web, mobile, desktop)

  • Collaborate with teams on system architecture and design decisions

  • Work with APIs, microservices, and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Design and manage cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Automate infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

  • Monitor and optimize cloud cost, security, and performance

DevOps & Automation

  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines

  • Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

  • Automate repetitive processes and deployment cycles

Cybersecurity

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis

  • Implement security best practices in application, network, and infrastructure

  • Manage firewall, antivirus, IAM, and encryption systems

Data & Analytics

  • Manage databases (SQL, NoSQL), ETL processes, and data pipelines

  • Analyze and visualize data using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries

  • Work with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)

Networking & Systems

  • Maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and server configurations

  • Monitor network health and resolve connectivity issues

  • Manage virtual machines and storage solutions

Technical Support & IT Helpdesk

  • Provide Tier 1-3 support to internal and external users

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across various OS

  • Set up and maintain workstations, email systems, printers, etc.


Required Skills & Tools:

  • Programming: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Go

  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue

  • Backend: Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core

  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform

  • Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, SSL, MFA

  • Data: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Spark, Power BI

  • Systems/Networking: Windows, Linux, Cisco, VMware

  • Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of professional experience across multiple IT domains

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities


Nice to Have:

  • Professional certifications (AWS Certified, Azure Admin, CCNA, CompTIA, etc.)

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Exposure to AI/ML, Blockchain, or IoT technologies

  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech portfolio
