- 0ur responsibilities will include all aspects of software development from architecture and system design to implementation and maintenance
- This role requires a highly skilled and adaptable engineer who thrives in an ambiguous environment and takes ownership of project delivery from inception to deployment
- The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, mentor engineers and drive innovation while implementing features aligned with our product roadmap
- In this role, you will:- Design, develop and maintain scalable, reliable and secure web applications
- - Architect robust solutions while considering performance, security and maintainability
- - Work with functional leads, business partners, project managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment to understand requirements and implement solutions
- - Provide level-of-effort estimations based on thorough research, code study and work prioritization to inform partners of progress and delivery timelines
- - Perform and ensure rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality code
- - Mentor and provide technical guidance to other software engineers
- - Identify root causes of complex technical issues and deliver robust fixes
- - Participate in operational duty rotations when needed to resolve production issues and critical customer escalations
- - Share knowledge through presentations, documentations and best practice discussions
- - Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and maintainability
- - Drive innovation for new and existing solutions through Generative AI and other AI/ML techniques
