Looking for Linux Admin with ICINGA.

• Installing and upgrading UNIX system packages/rpms/software on company servers and computers.

• 5+ years of hands on experience with UNIX file systems (including production env) as a UNIX System Administrator.

• Setting up and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems.

• Shell scripting, able to OS apply patches and upgrades when necessary.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills on Red Hat LINUX OS related issues.

• Knowledge of UNIX and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, VMware components, ESX hosts, file systems, and network protocols.

• Understanding of backup procedures and storage management.

• Knowledge on ICINGA, Nagios monitoring protocols

• Big Data Systems - Good understanding of MapR Technologies (BIG DATA), Big data volumes and Hadoop cluster management.

• NagiosXI/ICINGA Architecture – Knowledge in migration tasks for migrating services to Nagios XI
