| Detailed Job Description – Skill Set: |
- Design, develop, and implement custom code and plugins within IBM Content Navigator (ICN) to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom batch utilities using FileNet APIs for efficient bulk processing and system maintenance tasks.
- Configure and customize ICN, including the user interface, coding, filters, and External Data Services (EDS).
- Utilize strong analytical skills to understand complex requirements and identify root causes of technical issues within the FileNet environment.
- Proficiently debug and resolve coding issues within FileNet applications and custom components.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise deployment instructions for system administrators to ensure successful and efficient deployments.
- Create and update technical documentation accurately and comprehensively to reflect system changes and configurations.
- Work extensively with Application Engine Client Configuration (ACCE) for system administration and configuration tasks.

| Mandatory Skills |
- Minimum Relevant Experience of 8 years with FileNet development
- Experience with ICN (FileNet NA UI) configuration, coding, filters, EDS, and FileNet custom code in ICN
- Experience with ACCE
- JAVA, JAVA Script, JSON, DOJO (required for ICN plugin coding), XML coding experience and FileNet API's
- Familiar with FileNet custom batch jobs using FileNet API's Understanding of IER to support FileNet code changes
