Salesforce Technical Lead
Exp: 4+ Years (Rel exp)
Location: Pune/Mumbai

Salesforce technical leader should have at least 4 years of experience in implementation, customization and maintenance of solutions based on Salesforce Platform. This resource should have development skills on object-oriented programming, DevOps methodology and Salesforce experience for configuration and customization for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud. On top on this, this resource should have knowledge of Salesforce Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce Data Architecture & Management and Salesforce Security.
As tech leader, this resource should be able to handle teams of +4 resources, organizing task received from the local team.

These are the developing skills:

Salesforce specific (at least 2 years' experience): Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Apex Test Class, Batch Class, Schedulable Class, Queueable Class, Future Method, Apex Web Services (Soap and Rest), Visualforce Page, Visualforce Component, Lightning Component, Lightning Web Component – the latter is a critical skill
Generic programming skills: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL and SOQL, Apex Code, XML, JSON, SOAP/REST integration
In terms of configuration we expect the resource to have experience on validation Rule, workflow Rule, Email Alert, Process Builder, Flow builder, Profiles, Roles, Organization-Wide Defaults (Sharing). The resource should have also experience on adoption of these tools: Visual Studio Code, Git, SourceTree, Salesforce Data Loader.

It is also very important that the resources know all the Governor Limits and all the Best Practices of Salesforce.
