SAP Success Factor
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation, or Recruiting.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
Provide end-to-end support for SuccessFactors projects including requirement gathering, blueprinting, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support user adoption.
Perform regular system updates, testing, and releases in compliance with SAP release cycles.
Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for SuccessFactors modules.
Support data migration, report development, and system security design.
