Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end transportation management solutions using SAP TM (9.x or S/4HANA embedded TM).
Configure and implement core TM functionalities including Freight Order Management, Planning & Execution, Charge Management, and Settlement.
Work on integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA modules (SD, MM, LE), SAP EWM, and external systems.
Design and manage master data related to TM such as locations, transportation lanes, resources, and carriers.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP TM across development, test, and production environments.
Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users and support teams.
