SAP Success Factor

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client or business requirements (e.g., Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, RCM, Onboarding, Compensation).

• Perform end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support activities.

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party HR systems.

• Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution for SAP SuccessFactors applications.

• Prepare functional specification documents for custom development/integrations.

• Collaborate with technical teams for interface design, middleware configuration (e.g., SAP CPI), and testing.

• Train end-users and prepare user documentation.

• Work with HR stakeholders and project teams to drive adoption and system utilization.

• Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and apply relevant updates.
