SAP Success Factor
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client or business requirements (e.g., Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, RCM, Onboarding, Compensation).
Perform end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support activities.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party HR systems.
Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
Prepare functional specification documents for custom development/integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams for interface design, middleware configuration (e.g., SAP CPI), and testing.
Train end-users and prepare user documentation.
Work with HR stakeholders and project teams to drive adoption and system utilization.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and apply relevant updates.
