Design, develop, and maintain applications using RPG IV (ILE / Free format), CL, and DB2/400.
Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and coding.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
Work on program modifications, enhancements, and incident resolutions in legacy systems.
Develop and maintain batch jobs, scripts, and job schedules.
Create and maintain technical documentation for existing and new applications.
Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives when required.
