- Review to advise on 1:1 operation model & BOE system setup is required.
- Review the procedure to upgrade 24.2, Pega setting and Data migration. Any deprecation should be checked & updated.
- Provide consultancy and set up automated rule deployment with e.g. G3 etc. and user management system e.g. LDAP
- Provide consultancy and review on Resilience of Pega, Cassandra, Kafka, etc
- Provide consultancy and review and fix issue on overall two Pega Cloud migration projects.
Review performance issues and provide solutions and guide team to implement the solutions
