CDM Operations Manager
· Responsible for stakeholder communication/engagement
at the middle and Senior management level in customers' / stakeholders' organization
· Build and lead a high performing operations team and lead the Team Managers, their SMEs and Associates of between 6 - 10 FTE
· Develops and maintains relationship with CFU's and other
BT delivery teams on behalf of customers supported
· Understand CDS towers and take ownership for operational delivery against each CDS towers to BT's customers
· Owns implementation of Global Service Towers strategy
and standards across teams and contracts
Accountable for delivery of service within contractual SLA's for both service and costs.· Creates and implements business change including process improvements within the team and across teams, creating an environment of continuous improvement
· Owns implementation of operational service strategy
across standard, bespoke/ non- standard products and services and own complex customer relationships.
· Identify training and development needs of his/ her team,
and liaise with the training process specialist for the fulfilment of these where appropriate.
