· Responsible for stakeholder communication/engagement

at the middle and Senior management level in customers' / stakeholders' organization

· Build and lead a high performing operations team and lead the Team Managers, their SMEs and Associates of between 6 - 10 FTE

· Develops and maintains relationship with CFU's and other

BT delivery teams on behalf of customers supported

· Understand CDS towers and take ownership for operational delivery against each CDS towers to BT's customers

· Owns implementation of Global Service Towers strategy

and standards across teams and contracts

Accountable for delivery of service within contractual SLA's for both service and costs.

· Creates and implements business change including process improvements within the team and across teams, creating an environment of continuous improvement

· Owns implementation of operational service strategy

across standard, bespoke/ non- standard products and services and own complex customer relationships.

· Identify training and development needs of his/ her team,

and liaise with the training process specialist for the fulfilment of these where appropriate.

Ensure successful delivery of compliance obligations with internal regulations and policies
