Service Now Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Customize and configure ServiceNow platform, including business rules, UI actions, workflows, client scripts, and integration with third-party systems.
Implement ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting (Server-side and Client-side) and APIs (REST, SOAP).
Ensure proper integration between ServiceNow and external applications (SAP, Active Directory, etc.).
Support end-to-end ServiceNow lifecycle management from requirements gathering to deployment.
Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex ServiceNow technical issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and review sessions.
Perform ServiceNow upgrades and patch management activities, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
Optimize system performance and scalability through best practices in ServiceNow.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for service disruptions.
Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team.
