In this senior role you design, configure, and develop custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365. You work hands-on on the MPP application while also guiding clients and presenting to executives. You'll lead technical delivery, contribute to integration and batch processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ERP/CRM initiatives. This position blends technical execution with client-facing leadership in a hybrid work environment, offering growth in a high-impact, enterprise-scale setting.

Key requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience

  • Bachelor degree

  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Dynamics CRM / PowerApps / Power Automate

  • SaaS/Paas environments

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, Sales, Marketing

  • Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate

  • Relational database concepts; full life-cycle Dynamics 365 implementation

  • ERP implementation principles and MS Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement modules

  • Experience with batch and integration monitoring; Scribe experience

  • MS BI Stack: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS; Microsoft Portals

  • Agile or hybrid-Agile methodology

Responsibilites

  • Design, configure and develop custom Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Support and build on the MPP application and Dynamics 365 implementations

  • Lead client-facing discussions and present to C-level management and boards

  • Perform batch job monitoring and issue resolution; manage integration monitoring

  • Contribute to full life-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations; ERP/CRM focused projects

  • Work in SaaS/Paas environments and leverage MS BI Stack (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile/hybrid environments

  • Utilize Scribe for data integration where needed

  • Portals development and ongoing Power Platform enhancements
