Job Summary
As Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated in a timely manner. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects tosuccessful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. Ideal candidates would possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly motivated to provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth'splatform
- Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, andissues
- Act as a liaison between Irth's customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion andsuccess
- Communicate professionally and succinctlywhilefollowingStandard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporategoals
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficientmanner; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementationphase
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verificationtechniques
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, andprogress
- Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of
Skills & Experience
Required:
- 5-8years' experiencemanaging projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization
- Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability toadapt to process in a quick changingenvironment; ability to manage multiple projects with multipleresources
- Experience handling escalations at all levels
- A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin isrequired
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with creating,maintainingand following a repeatable projectmethodology
- Willing to work during US Eastern time every day.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
