We are seeking a Motion Designer who considers motion to be an essential element of a brand's identity. This role centers on developing captivating motion systems, kinetic typography, and visually compelling brand experiences tailored for a digital-first audience.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for graphic design, motion aesthetics, and typography, as well as the capability to produce scalable and impactful motion assets.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design motion identities and visual systems tailored for brands and clients
• Produce kinetic typography and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and digital media
• Create scalable and systematized visual assets
• Work closely with creative teams to craft captivating motion experiences
• Investigate innovative and experimental techniques in motion design

Required Skills & Experience

Solid foundation in graphic design and typography

Expertise in incorporating typography within motion design

Proficient in:

• Adobe After Effects
• Cinema 4D

Deep understanding of motion principles and visual storytelling

Capable of producing clean, contemporary, and engaging animations

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Cavalry or procedural/node-based workflows

Basic knowledge of, or eagerness to learn:

• Python
• Processing
• JavaScript Expressions

Awareness of generative motion systems and associated workflows

Experience with generative AI tools and AI-assisted motion design processes
