Advanced Degree / Diploma in Hospitality / Facility Management & having 15-20 yrs of Exp

Plan, Prepare and administered the Annual Admin Budget.

Introduction of professional & Competitive Vendor in all admin facilities.

Ensure proper Township Management system and explore different facilities which will enhance the quality of life of the residents.

Ensure Good Housekeeping of the Office, Plant, Guest House, Library, Township, Canteen, Roads, recreational facilities, Hostel etc.

Establish robust processes for administration of Office, Plant, Guest House, Township, Canteen,Hostel, Transport, recreational facilities, library,

Ensure effective Transport Management and Plan and organize Event management,Asset management and its Inventory..

Preparation & Formation of .SOPs in all Admin Facilities and its implementation.

Ensure timely readiness of all admin facilities pertaining to Township and other area...

Ensure availability of office space for company employees, stationary, courier services, ticket booking for official travel, pantry, etc. for effective office management.

Establish and implement procedures related to payment of rent as well as other terms and conditions

Review accommodation management on regular basis to ensure cost effective.

Timely Submission and bill's verification of all admin. Facilities/area.

Generate MIS of all the above regularly and improve on the same

New initiative to implement mechanical way of working.

Recognition of Unsafe Acts and unsafe condition

Adherence to PPE's as per work requirements of self and contract workers

Complying all statutory requirements relevant with workers deployed under administration.
