Job Description

We're searching for a Product Owner who excels in problem-solving, analytics, and possesses a keen business sense along with a knack for technical innovation. Join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in developing Salesforce applications, driving efficiency, and transforming the company’s CRM Platform. The successful candidate will collect and define project requirements within the existing product line, oversee development teams from a product perspective, and lead implementation.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nDefine and communicate the product vision and strategy for lead processing, quoting and contract management applications.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to collect requirements, propose solutions and prioritize delivery of new features.\nTake proactive measures to address discrepancies in requirements.\nPartner with the UX team to enhance customer experience by improving discoverability and ease of use.\nWork closely with technical teams to define functional requirements and implementation specifications.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.\nCreate and refine user stories, and estimate levels of effort.\nTake ownership of the product backlog.\nEstablish acceptance criteria and lead sprint demo sessions.\n\nWhat We Need From You:\n\n6 to 8 years of working experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner roles.\nProficiency in leading project delivery, managing risks, and making essential trade-offs.\nExceptional communication and negotiation skills.\nKnowledge of UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, user research methodologies, and interaction design.\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Lightning Design System.\nProficiency with Agile methodologies and product management practices.\nExperience in extracting data using SOQL, analyzing it, and making data-driven decisions is highly desired.\nHolding active Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Business Analyst, and Consultant, is beneficial.
