Project Head- Construction

Objective of the Role: Project Head- Construction\nProject Head- Construction will lead and manage large-scale construction projects including residential buildings, luxurious projects and township developments. He will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, planning, budgeting, quality control, contractor management, and timely project completion while ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.\nLocation: Mira- Bhayander. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and oversee construction projects from planning to handover.\nManage execution of high-rise buildings, residential projects, commercial spaces, and township developments.\nPrepare project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.\nCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.\nMonitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.\nEnsure quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliances are maintained.\nConduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.\nReview drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project specifications.\nManage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and site staff.\nPrepare progress reports and present updates to management.\nHandle procurement coordination and material planning.\nEnsure effective cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop strategies for efficient manpower and equipment utilization.\nMaintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
