We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nRole: Unix, SQL, Autosys, Prod Support L2\n\nExperience Range: 4 to 8 Years\n\nLocation: Chennai\n\nInterview Date: 06th June 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)\n\nInterview Venue: Gate 4, TCS Siruseri Campus,Plot No. 1, G‑1, SIPCOT Information Technology Park\n\nNear Siruseri Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Navalur Post, Siruseri, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu\n\nMust Have:\n\n- Good Knowledge in Unix and Oracle.\n- Good Experience In production support Environment\n- Able to provide Application team support for code deployment and any other issues\n- Well versed in troubleshooting incidents, problem determination and resolution, performing root-cause analysis and preparing executive summary for management updates.\n- Experience on working with product vendors/technical specialists to resolve issues.\n- Well versed in apply fixes/patches and service packs as required.
Ensure application stability through preventive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Good understanding of best practices in design and implementation. Provide technical expertise/support to development team.\n- Expertise in Autosys Scheduling tool is preferred and any Monitoring Tool (ITRS is added advantage)\n- Candidate should be open to learn new technologies and build automation systems\n- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving job issue, user access issue, application setup issues.\n\nEssential:\n\n- Good conceptual Knowledge on Oracle Database , restores , Backups and Performance tunning\n- Good experience in Autosys, developing and deploying Autosys JILs, Managing batches scheduled in Autosys\n\nMinimum Qualification:\n\n- 15 years of full-time education\n- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
