A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nExpertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nExpertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios.\nMust have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction.\nExpertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac).\nEvaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection.\nReview Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly.\nAssessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy.\nApproving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility.\n\nQualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in Live underwriting (All 4c's). Pre-underwriting not eligible.\n\nEducation details: Any Graduate
