Sr Design Engineer- Packaging Machinery

At PrintMach, we’re building high-performance liquid packaging lines engineered for speed, precision, and reliability.\nFor our LiquiPAX business unit, we’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer who can take ownership of complete liquid line design- from concept to commissioning- across industries like FMCG, Pharma, Oil & Chemicals, and Beverages.\n\nOffice: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (On-site)\n\nWhat You’ll Be Working On\nEnd-to-end design of liquid packaging lines\nDesigning complete line layouts integrating multiple machines seamlessly\nDeveloping custom solutions based on client requirements and applications\nDriving New Product Development (NPD) for LiquiPAX\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the full design lifecycle- concept, detailing, BOM, and execution\nLead technical discussions with customers and propose right-fit machine configurations\nCreate detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings (SolidWorks / Solid Edge)\nDevelop and manage BOMs and part codes\nWork closely with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams for execution\nTroubleshoot design and assembly challenges on the shopfloor\nGuide and mentor junior engineers within the design team\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMinimum 7 years of experience in liquid packaging / filling line machinery design\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nFilling, capping, rinsing systems\nMonoblock machines & full line integration\nExperience working with industries like Pharma, FMCG, F&B, Chemicals\nComfortable in client-facing roles and technical discussions\nAbility to independently handle projects from concept to commissioning\n\nTechnical Skills\nSolidWorks / Solid Edge\nStrong understanding of: Machine design & detailing, Manufacturing processes & assembly workflows, BOM creation\n\nWhy LiquiPAX at PrintMach\nWork on complete liquid packaging lines, not just standalone machines\nBe part of a team building engineering- first, India-first, high-speed automation solutions\nOpportunity to design for real-world shopfloor challenges, not just theory\nFast execution cycles and high ownership\nBenefits like Incentives, Food Allowance, Paid Leaves, 6 days off, Medical Insurance, Provident Fund & More!
