Gather and analyze business requirements

Configure Oracle HCM modules and workflows

Work on Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, and Talent modules

Handle Security Roles, AORs, and BPM workflows

Conduct workshops, client discussions, and fit-gap analysis

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Mandatory:

Minimum 3 End-to-End Oracle HCM Implementations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Client-facing experience is mandatory

Ability to work independently
