Job Title: PMO / AMS Project Manager – Enterprise Applications\nLocation: Chennai\nExperience: 8–20 Years\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are looking for a strong PMO / AMS Project Manager to manage Salesforce, Tally, and other enterprise IT application projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, reporting, and AMS support experience across enterprise applications. SAP experience is not mandatory.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Manage end-to-end application projects and AMS engagements for Salesforce, Tally, and other enterprise applications\n• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting\n• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for smooth project execution\n• Manage customer communication and provide regular updates to IT leadership\n• Track deliverables, timelines, SLAs, budgets, and escalations\n• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support/operations\n• Support change management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives\n• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and executive presentations\nRequired Skills:\n• Strong experience in PMO / Program Management / AMS Delivery Management\n• Experience handling enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Tally, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms\n• Good understanding of project governance, vendor management, and stakeholder communication\n• Experience in Agile / Waterfall project methodologies\n• Strong reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills\n• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
