Job Description
Build strong collaborations with industry experts, investors, startup ecosystems, government agencies, and innovation networks. Facilitate funding opportunities, investor connect sessions, pitch events, and access to grants for incubated startups. Coordinate mentoring support by engaging domain experts, alumni entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.
Manage incubation center operations, infrastructure, startup onboarding, documentation, and progress tracking. Organize innovation challenges, hackathons, startup competitions, and networking events to encourage entrepreneurial engagement. Support startups in areas such as business development, legal compliance, intellectual property rights (IPR), marketing, and scaling strategies.
Promote industry-academia collaboration and encourage commercialization of innovative ideas and research projects. Maintain records, reports, and performance metrics related to incubation activities, startup progress, and partnerships. Enhance the visibility and branding of the incubation center through outreach programs, social media, and institutional collaborations.
