Experience: 

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Handling roles.
• Candidates having prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be a plus.

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

• Handle and manage social media accounts of clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Create monthly content planning calendars and coordinate content posting schedules
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for smooth execution of social media campaigns
• Upload posts, reels, stories, and other social media content regularly
• Monitor social media pages, reply to comments/messages, and maintain audience engagement
• Ensure all social media content aligns with client branding and marketing goals
• Research current market trends, competitor activities, viral content ideas, and platform updates
• Assist in planning social media campaigns, promotions, and brand activities
• Track page performance, engagement insights, follower growth, and campaign performance
• Prepare basic reports and share updates with the internal team or clients
• Maintain proper communication and follow-up with clients regarding approvals and content requirements
• Support the team in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and brand promotions

Qualification:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Candidates with certification in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
