Position Overview
Our Client a fortune 500 company is seeking an outstanding engineer in FE Analysis (preferably
a diverse product range). He / She should have strong modelling skills & is experienced in using
simulation tools to solve complex engineering problems & prove the hypotheses. Correlate the
actual application conditions into simulation models. Use best practices & knowledge of
internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Works independently &
able to guide others.

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for structural, thermal, and fatigue evaluations of
components and assemblies
• Develop and validate simulation models using tools such as Ansys, Optistruct, or similar
• Conduct mesh sensitivity, convergence studies, and validation check to ensure model
• Strong understanding of pump curves, hydronic circuits, and pump-skid sizing/selection.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for engineering and leadership teams
• Hands-on experience with Ansys and Hypermesh
• Working knowledge of fatigue life estimation using nCode or Hyperlife or FKM guidelines
• Knowledge of CAD Tools (SolidWorks) / space claim is a must.
• Experienced in FE meshing.
• Strong fundamentals of structural mechanics, elastomers and polymers
• Knowledge of optimization tools (e.g., optiSLang, Optistruct)

ensure robust, compliant, and production-ready designs.
• Drive Integrated Engineering Impact: Collaborate closely with Design, VAVE, and Testing
teams to influence product decisions, reduce cost, and accelerate time-to-market through
simulation-led insights.
• Position yourself for advancement into Lead Engineer / Sr. Lead roles, with opportunities
to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to Simulation CoE strategy and
capability development.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s in Mechanical, Thermal, Automotive
• 3-6 years of professional experience in FEA Domain
• Strong command over hand calculations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-
solving
