Should have 5-7 Years of Experience
- Working Knowledge of end-to-end AR activities including billing, cash application, and collections to ensure timely cash flow and understanding of Credit management functions.
- Review and validate invoices for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to contractual terms
- Drive collection strategies, monitor aging, and ensure timely closure of overdue receivables
- Monitor aging reports, drive collections strategy, and reduce overdue balances proactively
- Lead complex account reconciliations and resolve escalated discrepancies independently
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for dispute resolution
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements across AR processes
- Prepare and review AR reports, dashboards, and provide insights on performance metrics
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and drive efficiency within the team
- Review AR reports, analyze trends (DSO, aging), and provide actionable insights to leadership
