Should have 5-7 Years of Experience

  • Working Knowledge of end-to-end AR activities including billing, cash application, and collections to ensure timely cash flow and understanding of Credit management functions.
  • Review and validate invoices for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to contractual terms
  • Drive collection strategies, monitor aging, and ensure timely closure of overdue receivables
  • Monitor aging reports, drive collections strategy, and reduce overdue balances proactively
  • Lead complex account reconciliations and resolve escalated discrepancies independently
  • Handle customer escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for dispute resolution
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements across AR processes
  • Prepare and review AR reports, dashboards, and provide insights on performance metrics
  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and drive efficiency within the team
  • Review AR reports, analyze trends (DSO, aging), and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Lead and mentor team members, track performance, and support capability building initiatives
