SAP SuccessFactors Consultant- Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of HR processes and solid hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning Management, and Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Configure, customize, and maintain SuccessFactors modules, especially:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting (RCM, RMK)
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Compensation
Succession & Development
Support end-to-end project implementation, including blueprinting, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis with timely resolution.
Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
Work closely with technical teams (integration, security, reporting) to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery.
Stay updated on SAP product releases and recommend enhancements aligned with HR strategy.
Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for system upgrades, enhancements, and global template rollouts.
Provide support for data migration, interface development, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
