Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
• Ensure consistency in design patterns, style guides, and design systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in [industry or domain, e.g., Agritech, SaaS, fintech].
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and human-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into functional design solutions.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in designing for agriculture industry.
• Experience in designing for salesforce and Qlik dashboards.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
