• Experienced with custom connectors and API integration.
• Proficient in Copilot Studio and implementing AI capabilities using AI Builder and Azure AI services.
• Able to design flows connecting various applications and services.
• Experienced in managing environments, roles, and governance policies.
• Proficient in integrating with Microsoft 365 services and APIs.
• Knowledgeable in data modeling, entity creation, and relationship management.
• Experienced in configuring security roles and permissions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps Studio, Power Automate Portal).
• Familiar with Visual Studio Code for custom development.
• Knowledgeable in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations.
• Familiar with C# for extending functionalities (e.g., Azure Functions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing user requirements and challenges.
