Job Description -ServiceNow ITAM Developer – Offshore ( 1 Resource)

• 7–10 years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on ITAM and deep expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Configure end-to-end asset lifecycle processes: Procure → Receive → Deploy → Maintain → Retire → Dispose
• Implement and manage integrations with:
• ·
Nexthink (end-user/device insights)
• Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SCCM, Intune)
• Azure (subscriptions, VMs, cloud assets)
• Other discovery and inventory sources as applicable
• · Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow spokes.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, discovery, and data normalization.
• Normalize, reconcile, and optimize asset and entitlement data.
• ·
Support license compliance, optimization, audits, and true-ups.
• ·
Configure workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and controls.
• ·
Collaborate onsite with procurement, IT operations, security, and finance teams.
• ·
Support CMDB alignment and reconciliation with ITAM data.
