- Coordinate and Manage backend activities with respect to Export Operations
- Supporting sales team to fulfill their revenue targets by ensuring seamless backend operations
- Handling customer queries regarding services or pricing.
- Support and service the target volume and revenue for the branch.
- Calls and Data mining to help expand customer base.
- Creating weekly shipment / dispatch reports.
- Weekly meeting with sales and Branch manager regarding business development.
- Proper Co-ordination with Operations and Sales team
- Taking care of all supplier Contracts.
- Work towards ensuring NPD work and related coordination
- Maintain proper details in excel of due outstanding payments and follow up with customers as and when required
- Mail Correspondence with Customers, Suppliers regarding finance & Customer Service.
- Weekly reconciliation with Suppliers.
- Liaison between sales and other departments
- Communicate with export and import and related authorities, customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
- Anticipate research and report on future changes in export laws and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the department.
