  • ITIL Framework Knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Client Interaction Experience
  • Basic understanding on Technology/ Applications Architectures
  • Knowledge on Reporting
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Tool
  • ITIL certified (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Superior writing skills.
