We Are Hiring | Learning & Capability Program Executive (Contract)
Location: Mumbai Engagement Type: Contract (6-12 Months) Reporting To: Director - L&D
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Learning & Capability team as a Learning & Capability Program Executive.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys program coordination, communication management, visual presentation creation, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager and support end-to-end execution of capability programs.
Role Mandate:You will be responsible for: Keeping learning programs organized and on track Managing communication with participants and stakeholders Creating clean and professional presentations and visual updates Ensuring timelines, trackers, and follow-ups are managed efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Support planning and execution of learning and capability programs Maintain timelines, trackers, calendars, and checklists Schedule sessions and coordinate logistics Follow up on pending actions and proactively escalate delays
Communication Management Draft and manage program communications including:
- Announcements
- Registration emails
- Session reminders
- Post-session follow-ups Ensure communication is clear, concise, and error-free Maintain communication calendars for programs
Visual & Graphic Support Create simple and professional:
- Program overviews
- Leadership update decks
- Session presentations
- Visual summaries Convert updates/content into easy-to-understand slides and visuals Maintain consistency in formatting and presentation standards
Data & Tracker Management Maintain attendance and completion trackers Update simple reports and summaries Ensure data accuracy and hygiene
Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal teams, facilitators, participants, and stakeholders Track confirmations and pending actions Ensure closure of all action items and smooth program delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of experience in:
- Program coordination
- HR / L&D / Operations
- Project support or communication roles Strong written communication skills Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva Strong organizational and follow-up skills Attention to detail and structured working style
